Know where your child stands. Know what to do next. Keep records that show real progress.
TeachSmart helps parents understand where their child stands, what to do next, and how to support learning with confidence — whether your child learns at home, in a microschool, in private school, or needs extra support beyond the classroom.
Educator-informed evaluations, personalized learning plans, progress tracking, writing feedback, and organized documentation — delivered to parents and guardians.
Every family's education path looks a little different. Some families homeschool full-time. Some use a microschool, co-op, or private teacher. Some choose private school but want extra academic feedback at home. Others have children in public school and want a clearer picture of writing growth, learning gaps, or next steps.
TeachSmart was built for parents and guardians who want more clarity — wherever their child learns. We help you understand where your child stands, what support may be needed, and how to keep organized records of progress over time.
Every service connects to the next, so your child's progress is tracked clearly over time. Delivered to parents and guardians by experienced Texas educators.
Parents submit student work, learning goals, grade level, and educational concerns. TeachSmart educators review the information and provide parent-facing feedback, lesson planning support, progress notes, and recommended next steps for the parent to use at home.
TeachSmart helps you understand where your child is, what to do next, and how to show growth over time — without having to figure it all out alone.
Helps you assess your child's writing against TEKS grade-level standards. You receive specific, actionable coaching feedback — strengths, growth areas, and next steps — to guide your child's progress at home.
Custom weekly lesson plans tailored to your child's grade, learning style, pace, and TEKS alignment. Designed by educators who have built school-wide instructional programs for decades.
Benchmarks your child against Texas TEKS standards by subject, grade, and skill. Pinpoints gaps before they become problems and builds a personalized learning roadmap for what to focus on next.
Keep educational activity, learning progress, writing samples, goals, notes, and parent records organized in one place. Helpful for homeschool families, microschool families, supplemental learning, parent conferences, ESA documentation, and long-term academic tracking.
The IEP Progress Tracker helps parents organize goals, progress notes, accommodations, and weekly documentation in one place. It is designed to support parent recordkeeping and progress monitoring — not to replace legal, medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic services.
Every plan includes live weekly sessions with a real Texas educator. Pay monthly, cancel anytime.
Not outsiders who studied education. A family that lived it — in the classroom, on campus, and at the kitchen table.
20+ years as a corporate trainer, John Maxwell certified facilitator, and DISC consultant — building the structured, practical frameworks that help parents move from confusion to confidence. Designed and built LMS platforms from the ground up. Homeschool parent himself.
20+ years in Texas public education, leading both elementary and middle school campuses. Transformed struggling campuses to A-rated status. Brings active, ground-level insight into TEKS standards, curriculum, IEP oversight, and what Texas classrooms expect right now — not a decade ago.
TeachSmart was built by a Texas family that has spent decades inside classrooms, turned struggling schools around, and sat at their own kitchen table planning lessons for their own children. We built the educational support system we always wished we had — and now we're making it available to every Texas family.
“To give every parent the confidence, clarity, and support to guide their child's education with purpose.”

Deep-dive parent coaching sessions on persuasive writing, STAAR preparation, learning records documentation, and more. Led by educators with decades of Texas classroom experience.
A moderated parent community where families can ask questions, share progress, attend educator-led discussions, and get practical support for home education, writing growth, curriculum planning, and educational documentation. For parents and guardians only.
Complete plan families receive a quarterly review from a real educator — assessing growth, flagging concerns, and providing personalized recommendations for the next quarter.
TeachSmart is available directly to all families — no state program required to enroll. If your family participates in the Texas TEFA program, some TeachSmart services may align with eligible educational expense categories.
Texas TEFA allotments vary by family type — homeschool families receive up to $2,000/year, private school students up to $10,474/year, and qualifying special education students up to $30,000/year. If TeachSmart is approved through the Odyssey marketplace, services may qualify as tutoring, curriculum, assessment, and educational services. We will update families as our approval status is confirmed.
